Britain s Eurovision Song Contest entries: where are they now?

1970: Mary Hopkin, ‘Knock, Knock, Who’s There?’ Welsh folk singer Hopkin gave the UK another second place at Eurovision, after a string of hit singles including Goodbye (written and produced by Paul McCartney). So newspapers were the main way of getting information and newspaper publishers wanted to sell as many copies as possible.
