Dawn Nell Davis Brummitt, age 63, passed away on January 24, 2021 in Oklahoma City, OK. Dawn was born on August 2, 1957 and lived her early years in Great Bend, KS and later moved to Wichita, KS. She attended Riverside Elementary, John Marshall Jr. High School and graduated in 1975 from North High School (where she was a cheerleader). She went on to attend Oklahoma State University and graduated in 1979 with a degree in Physical Education. While at OSU, she was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority where she made many lifelong friends.
After graduation, she moved to Oklahoma City, OK and went to work at Mustang Elementary School as a PE teacher. In 1987 Dawn moved to Coronado, CA where she took on many fun jobs before spending the last 30 years working with her husband, Scott Brummitt, at Raphael’s.
