Mission Vayu is one of the largest civic-led initiatives to support the healthcare infrastructure and tackle the pertaining oxygen shortage across India. It is anchored by various corporate partners and foundations including Singapore-headquartered investment firm Temasek and Temasek Foundation.

Equipment worth Rs 100 crores deployed under Mission Vayu: MCCIA Pune, May 6 (UNI) Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) on Thursday said that it has deployed 7,800 Oxygen Concentrators, 875 Ventilators and 50,000 Oximeters nation-wide with additional equipment enroute. Led by Pune Platform for COVID-19 Response, anchored at MCCIA, and supported by ACT Grants and the Swasth Alliance, a release said.
