Harvey Weinstein s solicitor has escaped justice despite a tribunal finding that the purpose of the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) he approved was to hide sex assault allegations.
Mark Mansell had disciplinary proceedings against him dropped on grounds of his health, even though he is still working as a partner at magic circle law firm Allen and Overy.
In a case shrouded in secrecy, the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) ruled that there was a case to answer in relation to the controversial NDA, but stayed the proceeding on the grounds Mr Mansell was not fit to stand trial. ....
