By Gimpy Apr 5, 2021 Florida police officers tried to pull over one Shawanda Woodson after she was spotted rolling trough a stop sign last month. When the officer approached the vehicle, he noticed a young child that wasn t in a car seat, sitting in the front seat with a seatbelt on. Shawanda told him that she was on probation and that she couldn t be in contact with any law enforcement. After the officer pulled up her information, he asked her to step out of the car but instead, she put the car in gear and took off. The officer stopped chasing her due to the child in the front seat. A few hours later the town s crime news Facebook page posted what it had picked up on the scanner about the chase. It said that the female just fled from officers after a traffic stop , stating that there might be drugs in the car, and that there was a small child involved.
