On the occasion, Pakistan ambassador to UAE Afzal Mahmood, Pakistan Consul General Dubai Consulate Ahmad Amjad Ali and other senior officials of the embassy also accompanied the foreign minister, said a news release. Police have released new details about the 16-year-old boy who was shot and killed Thursday night at Wheeler Park in Oklahoma City. Victor Felix Loya and another teen were shot around 9:30 p.m. near I-40 and Western.Loya died at the scene. He was an 11th grader at Northwest Classen High School. An accomplished athlete, he played on the soccer team and was featured in the newspaper as its athlete of the week. “There is evidence here in the park that we have a shooting – multiple shots being fired – we’ve got shell cases lying in the park,” Oklahoma City police Capt. A class-action lawsuit has been filed against the Oklahoma State Department of Health and the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority over the state’s seed-to-sale tracking program. More than 10,000 licensed medical marijuana businesses in the state today filed the lawsuit. Filing it was Tulsa law firm Viridian Legal Services.“Since June 2018, the OMMA has failed to implement any kind of seed-to-sale tracking program.
