According to the Cincinnati Parks Foundation, it s been proposed that the bike skills course include a self-contained “stacked ring system” of training trails with a beginner loop, an intermediate loop, a children’s riding area and a gathering space. The planned bike skills course will be located in Mount Airy Forest. In the second indictment against her this year, former Cincinnati Councilwoman Yumorria Laketa Cole was indicted Wednesday along with her boyfriend on five felonies related to public assistance fraud. Cole, 47, and William Cromwell are charged with two counts of tampering with records and three counts of theft. According to the indictment, Cole and Cromwell manipulated records to defraud the supplemental nutrition assistance program, known as Snap or food stamps, for a total of $1,000 to $7,500. Prosecutors say the couple also defrauded a publicly funded childcare assistance benefits program and a Medicaid program operated by Hamilton County Job and Family Services.

According to our media partners at the Enquirer, Cole, 47, a current supervisor in the Cincinnati Parks Department, is charged with obstructing justice, according to court records. She was released on bond Wednesday. Court records say Cole provided William Cromwell a place to stay and hide from law enforcement while there were active warrants out for his arrest.
