There are a few runs I can do within my 5km, and there’s a café I like to stop at where they do really good food. There are a few routes I like to do in my neighbourhood including the Royal Canal, some on paths, and some cross-country when the ground is dry or frozen. “I sometimes go with my partner, Matt, but if I’m on my own, I like to listen to music.
