Messenger KUWAIT CITY, May 3: The Governor of the Capital, Sheikh Talal Al- Khaled, said 3 new warnings have been issued to building violations in the suburb of Qibla, bringing the number of such warnings to 137 in the regions of Sharq, Al-Qibla and Bneid Al-Qar so far, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
