Rogers County Investigators Arrest Woman Accused Of Sneaking Drugs Into County Jail Investigators arrested a Tulsa woman accused of sneaking meth and heroin into the Rogers County jail to an inmate. Rogers County investigators said Kisty Ross was caught in the act on their surveillance cameras outside the jail. They said Ross went to a spot outside the jail, then was able to sneak the drugs into the jail to another inmate, who they say sold the drugs to other inmates. Deputies arrested Ross at her Tulsa home after searching for her for two days. “Any jail is going to have a constant problem with contraband, but our shakedowns are frequent and thorough, but these guys have 24 hours a day to think about how to get what they want,” said Sheriff Scott Walton. ....
