SRINAGAR: As COVID-19 cases continue to be on the rise, Handwara administration closed at least two coaching centers for violating SOPs in the area. According to reports, a team headed by Naib-Tehsildar Handwara and police closed the two coaching centres namely, “Apex Classes and Shaheen Public School.” for violating government guidelines. “The closed-down institutes were found violating the government guidelines to the recent orders by the government into the closure of all sorts of physical classwork in schools and coaching centers,” the official said. In the wake of Covid19, Naib Tehsildar Bashir Ahmad and SHO Handwara also stepped up market checks to ensure that government guidelines were followed. ....
