Of course, ownership, partnerships and management teams are complicated, and the list doesn’t cover a host of husband-and-wife teams (Asia Market Eatery, Asti, Baguette et Chocolate, Dee Dee, Franklin Barbecue, Gourmands, Justine’s, Kome, Lenoir, Pieous, Poke-Poke, P.
