NOTEBOOK: Demand for newly built houses âvery strong,â Des Moines-area homebuilder says Friday, April 23, 2021 6:00 AM The National Association of Home Builders this month published an updated edition of its publication that includes a survey of homebuyers’ preferences. Buyers’ first preference?
