Myers McRae Assists Pfeiffer University with Provost Search
April 13, 2021 – After a national search, Macon, GA-based Myers McRae Executive Search and Consulting has helped to place Daniel Mynatt as the next provost and vice president of academic affairs for Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, NC. Kenny Daugherty, president of the search firm, led the assignment. Dr. Mynatt currently serves as vice provost for institutional effectiveness for the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor (UMHB) in Belton, TX. He will begin his term at Pfeiffer University on June 1. Ninety-four people applied for the role. Video conferences were held with 15 semi-finalists, and four finalists came to the campus.

The previous week’s average was revised down by 16,000 from 719,000 to 728,500. The Fed have now reported over 80 million initial jobless claims over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic a number equivalent to roughly 47 percent of the nation’s workforce.
