The Flash closed out Season 7 this Tuesday night with the threat of war, followed by a whole lotta love.
First up: After paying a visit inside the mind of August Heart, Barry realized that Godspeed was clamoring for organic speed and his clones would not back down until Flash gave it to him. Refusing to cower to the demands, Barry teamed with Jay Garrick, daughter Nora, son Bart (jostled out of his coma by Speed Force Nora) and wife Iris (whose latent speedster ability was reactivated by Speed Force Nora), with Cisco/Mecha-Vibe and Frost offering backup, to battle the clones in a street fight.

Killer Frost, but it turns out that was only the beginning. The trouble between the two resulted in Joe stepping down as captain of the force, and he may have hurt Barry and friends more than helped.
Joe discovered high-tech weapons ready to ship out to the CCPD police force, with the explicit task of taking down metas. The gear was courtesy of Kristin Kramer, who fully intended to distribute the weapons and take the fight to the villainous metas of Central City in a serious and potentially life-threatening way. Joe tried to protest, but Kramer informed him she still had the power of the state behind her, and it wasn t up to him. The Flash: Family Matters, Part 1 Preview Released
The CW has released the preview for Family Matters, Part 1, the tenth episode of The Flash s seventh season. The episode will air on Tuesday, May 18. After Speed Force Nora (Michelle Harrison) killed Alexa/Fuerza (Sara Garcia), Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) were confronted with a shocking truth about the other forces the team has been dealing with specifically that they are responsible for their creation, essentially making them parents to the Still, Sage, and Strength Forces. This realization ultimately changes their approach to the forces, but from the looks of things in the preview, that approach isn t going to be without major challenges.
