(WMC) - Police say a man has been arrested in connection to the death of a teenager who was killed Thursday afternoon. John Wesley Moore, 56, is charged with second-degree murder, according to MPD. On May 6, officers were called to the 1700 block of Edward Ave, where they found one man unresponsive and suffering from gunshot wounds. Moore allegedly shot the juvenile after finding him inside his daughter’s bedroom in their home on Edward Avenue. Investigators say a fight broke out between Moore and the victim who was shot leaving the scene. ....

Children as young as 6-years-old set their unloaded shotguns on a rack and check in. Chris Litton, the logistics and safety coordinator for the City of Orange Beach, is preparing for a fun and educational day of shooting. For over 12 years, Litton has worked with the city to establish firearm safety and training for the youth of Orange Beach. The City of Orange Beach Youth Shooting Sports Program offers a Rifle Shoot, Sporting Clay Shoot and a Youth Dove Hunt.
