Prosecutors said Kazuhiko Tokuya, a chef from Uda in Nara Prefecture, will undergo tests until June 29, Fuji TV reported Wednesday. Police said that after his arrest, Tokuya admitted to killing his daughter Nanako and told them he had planned to kill himself, but couldn’t go through with it, Fuji TV reported.
