Hartford HealthCare announces new platform for patient engagement

Hartford HealthCare (HHC) will partner with Chicago’s Upfront Healthcare to improve its interactions with patients, the company announced Thursday. Upfront’s products feature personalized content delivered over multiple communications channels with the goal of motivating patients to participate in preventative care, show up for appointments and comply with treatment.
