President Obrador said that Mexico will vaccinate its undocumented citizens in America, but the president didn’t elaborate further on carrying this out. In a press briefing on Monday, Gov. Ricketts was asked about undocumented workers–specifically, those working in meatpacking plants–getting the vaccine. He said, “You’re supposed to be a legal resident of the country to be able to be working in those plants so I do not expect that illegal residents will be part of the vaccine with that program,” Ricketts said. ....
