Sean Brown is on the move, swapping his Mornings gig at the Hit Network’s Hobart offering for a role in Newcastle.
From Monday, June 28, Brown will take on the newly created role of Mornings announcer and operations assistant at Newcastle’s Hit 106.9.
Radio Today understands Brown’s role in Hobart will be replaced and the recruitment process is currently underway.
SCA’s group content director, Jase Allen, was full of praise for Newcastle’s newest recruit.
“Sean is someone that possesses outstanding music passion, a great turn of phrase and will bring an incredible amount of vibe, talent and good times to Newcastle,” he said.
