The boards of Inspired Education Online Limited ( Bidco ) (the Bidco Board or the Bidco Directors ) and Wey Education plc ( Wey Education ) (the Wey Education Board or the Wey Education Directors ) are pleased to announce that they have reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash acquisition by Bidco, to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Wey Education (the Acquisition ).
