Levi Christian Walsh A MAN who admitted he had been drinking and taking cocaine used a wooden stool to smash a window at his mother’s house. Blackburn magistrates heard Levi Christian Walsh blamed his mum for his problems and his feelings had come to boiling point because of his intoxicated state. Walsh, 27, of Essex Close, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to damaging a 6ft by 4ft window belonging to Wendy Walsh. He was fined £100 for the offence but jailed for 12 weeks after the court was told the offence put him in breach of a suspended prison sentence imposed in February for another offence of damage in a domestic context. He was also ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and banned from having any contact with his mother for six months. ....
