After lease complications that sent The Concourse packing, owner Jay Harris plans to move the music venue from near downtown Knoxville to a suite at 4328 N. Broadway, formerly home to Whiskey Bend Bar & Dance Club and, more recently, Easy Own Home Furnishings. While the lease still needs to be signed to make the move official, The Concourse has submitted a beer license application to Knoxville s Beer Board, which will be considered at Tuesday night s meeting.
