En una sociedad evolucionada que quiere convivir en el respeto y la empatía, la
diversión basada en hacer sufrir y torturar a un animal hasta la muerte es una aberración cruel y anacrónica. No podemos mirar hacia otro lado frente a la realidad; el toro siente dolor y padece como cualquier otro ser que tenga sistema nervioso central; a nivel psicológico, y a nivel físico, y en una plaza de toros, con ensañamiento, termina ahogado en su propia sangre. Una violencia que también padecen los caballos. Es pues, maltrato animal legalizado. Un negocio que es mantenido económicamente con subvenciones públicas, y del que se benefician unos pocos.La sociedad no necesita dañar ni derramar la sangre de otro ser vivo para disfrutar de su tiempo de ocio y mucho menos, que tal crueldad sea denominada cultura .
