Police in Willoughby Hills investigating after man shot during carjacking at apartment complex

WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio A 65-year-old man has been hospitalized after police say he was shot during a carjacking at a Willoughby Hills apartment complex.
According to Chief Matthew Naegele, the incident happened just after 7:00 p.m. at the Willoughby Hills Towers on Chardon Road. Police were called to the scene after reports of multiple shots being fired in the parking lot. When officers arrived, they found the victim on the north side parking deck of the apartment complex.
