CLEVELAND A former occupational therapist for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District has been charged for her role in the riots and breach at the U.S. Capitol in Washington D.C. last week. 
According to documents filed in United States District Court, 49-year-old Christine Priola faces charges of knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and unlawful activities on Capitol grounds. ....

Feds: CT man gets 33 months in prison for ‘heroin ring’ involvement

A 31-year-old Willimantic man was sentenced to nearly three years in prison Tuesday for his role in what authorities described as a “heroin distribution ring.”
Miguel Ceballo-Cruz was sentenced to 33 months in prison followed by four years supervised release in a video appearance before U.S. District Judge Michael P. Shea, a press release from the U.S attorney’s office for the District of Connecticut said.
Ceballo-Cruz pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin on Oct. 1, 2019 a news release said. ....
