The implementer will be a legally recognized non-profit or non-governmental organization that meets U.S. and Pakistani technical and legal requirements to develop and implement public diplomacy programs as specified. U.S. Mission to Pakistan: Public Engagement to counter Trafficking in Persons 165SHARES The U.S. Mission to Pakistan has launched a call for proposals for the Public Engagement to counter Trafficking in Persons to strengthen the capacity and cooperation of law enforcement agencies and TIP victims services using American experts. Convene stakeholders working in TIP and train them in victim referral and identification, including victims of bonded labor, thereby increasing referrals and prosecutions. Progress in these areas will help prevent Pakistan from falling to a Tier three country in the State Department’s annual TIP report.
