Barbecue isn’t a particularly seasonal cuisine Texans will eat a heaping tray of brisket from the hottest days of August to the coldest days of January and every day in between.
Similarly, we will cook barbecue 12 months out of the year, though we may have a preference for grilling and smoking in the fall when the air is crisp and a college football game is on the big screen.
That said, the seasonal nature of some indigenous Texas and Gulf Coast ingredients especially seafood are worthy of our consideration. One decade after founding Got It, Tran Viet Hung has set to work on a non-profit project. He wants Vietnamese children to reach success without having to study in the US, Singapore or other countries.

Biya is the name of a robot created by a group of students called Storm from the Da Nang University of Science and Technology.

The robot collects waste and answers tourists’ questions.
Trinh Thanh Phu, a member of Storm, said the product is an updated version of a robot that at first only picked up trash on the river.
