Construction begins on Perkins Road to help traffic flow to Mall of Louisiana

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A new MOVEBR Roadway is under construction on Perkins Road that will connect to the Mall of Louisiana helping to reduce the traffic in the area.
It’s the beginning of progress, a new four lane roadway off Perkins Road all the way to The Mall of Louisiana Blvd. will now relieve a little bit of traffic, especially for parents and students leaving Dunham High School.
