Windsor-Essex organic waste plan to face new independent review
Windsor representatives on the Essex Windsor Solid Waste Authority (EWSWA) have decided to join with Essex County officials and undertake a peer review of recommendations made for the region s Food and Organics Waste Management Plan, despite initially opposing the idea.
