Noel Tessier hoped she would at least experience USC’s welcome week in person. She could vividly picture herself jumping into the pool and dancing with the rest of her class at the midnight pool party. With her first year coming to an end, Tessier has only stepped foot on campus once as a USC student. Like the rest of her first year, Tessier attended her welcome week from home.
No move-in day, gamedays or late nights at Taco Zone.

OPT is a popular route for Indian students to work in the US after the completion of their studies.
According to the Open Doors survey in November 2020, which tracks international student numbers, there were 81,173 Indian students enrolled for the OPT programme.
International students on F-1 visas at US universities are eligible for OPT, which allows temporary employment directly related to their major areas of study.
Students can apply to receive up to 12 months of OPT employment authorisation before completing their academic studies (pre-completion) and/or after completing their academic studies (post-completion). ....

The International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) has established the standards and recommended practices for a SMS. Boeing is adopting these practices as it implements an enterprise SMS to support its commitment to the highest levels of safety and quality with its products and services.
This is a first of a series of trainings that Boeing plans to organise for India s aviation ecosystem towards continued learning of best practices.
Commercial aircraft operators, airports and air traffic services are required to have a SMS which is considered a best practice to provide a framework for hazard identification, risk mitigation and promotion of a positive safety culture. ....
