地处广东陆丰，面朝螺河中段，背靠九龙山脉，正中池水青碧，村庄得名“青塘”。明代设卫所后，始祖永兴公迁居，万名军户后裔在此繁衍生息，部队通语“军话”也得以在此代代相传。因承袭先祖尚武遗风，青塘人爱看正字“武戏”，惯习“青塘拳”，好舞“盖仔狮”。
近日，南都、N视频记者走进陆丰青塘，探寻这群军户后裔们的特殊方言文化。

Victoria Order of Nurses in Greater Napanee celebrate VON week

This week is for celebrating the hard workers with the Victoria Order of Nurses across Canada and in Greater Napanee.
myFM spoke with Cindy Weese, Manager, home and community Care in Napanee, who says this years theme is Compassion Where It Counts.
VON provides many different services to the community including, but not limited to, Meals on Wheels as well as a volunteer transportation program. Weese says that during non covid times, they have respite programs where a caregiver can drop off their loved one for the day at the centre. They also provide an in home respite program, where their PSW’s go into the home and help their clients and give caregivers relief, for typically half a day. ....
