LIVINGSTON, Texas (KTRE) - A second person has died after a shooting incident that occurred at a Livingston home on Jan. 6 has died. As a result, the three suspects, who are all now in custody, have been charged with capital murder, according to Detective Leon Middleton with the Livingston Police Department. ....
