MaxPreps has compiled a list of every state s greatest softball coach. The choices are not necessarily based on all-time wins or most state championships, but could be. Also, no coaches were chosen from South Dakota or Wyoming, since those states do not sanction high school softball.

SULPHUR, La. (KPLC) - The Sulphur Golden Tor soccer team was back in the second round of the playoffs for the eighth time in nine seasons hosting ninth-seeded Dutchtown. The No. 8 seed, Sulphur, held the Griffins scoreless in the first half, but a lone Dutchtown goal would give the Griffins the 1-0 win over the Tors.
Also in play on Wednesday was the 10th seeded Saints of St. Louis. The Saints traveled to the No. 7 seed, Vandebilt Catholic, and would fall 2-0.

Four days after Elijah McGuire worked out for the Miami Dolphins, the former University of Louisiana star running back was signed to the team’s 10-man practice squad on Thursday. Palm Beach Post’s Joe Schad was the first to report the signing.
The Dolphins currently have three running backs on the 53-man roster including Myles Gaskin, DeAndre Washington and Patrick Laird. Matt Breida is on the COVID-19 list and Salvon Ahmed is sidelined with a shoulder injury.
