In the same clip, an Msunduzi traffic official is seen issuing a fine to a motorist for poor visibility of his license plate. The municipality s Thobeka Mafumbatha says it was human error on the officer s part. We followed eNatis in terms of us being in terms of when the disc would be expiring and the disc we do renew them accordingly. And then of cause, the onus is upon the particular driver that is using the car to actually change the disc for which, in this case, it did not happen. ....

The traffic wardens in Lahore have finally confiscated the vehicle and fined the owner up to over Rs44,000 over traffic offences up to 90 times. The seized vehicle was sent to the local police station. According to the police, the car driver had violated the traffic light 41 times and was charged with over-speeding up to 45 times. Besides this, the driver had violated the traffic regulations against one-way traffic once, as well as line lane and zebra crossing thrice. ....
