When Dr. Rachel Charney looked at the new results out Wednesday, she was interested as both a scientist and a mother. Charney said the study lines up with previous research in adults, showing similar minimal side-effects and even better efficacy. Aging Well West Orange recently invited older adults in the community to share a brief statement with local teens based on their own life experiences. The goal? Mrs. Laster Laster, Lois M. Lois was a dedicated Christian, baptized at an early age at Saint Paul AME Church. She was the third of eight children, born to Gailton and Bertha Moore on March 22, 1933 in St. Louis, Missouri, where she attended Waring Elementary and Vashon High School. Lois received a bachelorâs degree in home economics from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. Upon graduating, she interned at Cook County Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. She worked at Homer G. Phillips and St. Maryâs hospitals as a registered dietitian.
