LOCK HAVEN Blake Cain, 18, of Mill Hall and an 11-year-old Lock Haven girl were cited for criminal mischief involving vandalism at the Tiger Den playground on April 24, Lock Haven City Police said.
Police said assistance from the public helped identify the two suspects.
DUI charge
SPRING MILLS A case of driving under the influence was investigated by state police at Rockview on May 6.
According to police, a 35-year-old Spring Mills woman was stopped at the intersection of N. Pennsylvania Avenue and Overlook Drive in Potter Township, Centre County.
One-vehicle crash
TAYLOR TOWNSHIP State police at Rockview investigated a one-vehicle crash that took place along Interstate 99 in Taylor Township, Centre County.
LOCK HAVEN The state liquor store in downtown Lock Haven is moving.
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board on Wednesday voted unanimously to move the Fine Wine and Good Spirits Store at 137 E. Main St. to Clinton Plaza, Clinton County Economic Partnership Executive Director Michael Flanagan confirmed.
Flanagan said he listened to the PLCB meeting via a telephone conference call and the vote to move the store was unanimous with all three board members chairman Tim Holden, Mike Negra and Mary Isenhour approving the action.
“The store will relocate to the former CVS storefront in Clinton Plaza, hopefully by the end of the year,” Flanagan said. He said there are contracts to be signed and renovations to be completed before the move.

LOCK HAVEN Twins Christen Marie and Megan Jayne Probst waived their right to a preliminary hearing this morning and had all charges bound over to the next level of court.
Christen and Megan Probst, 31 of Lock Haven, were both charged by Lock Haven City Police with retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft for incidents that took place between August 1 and August 29, 2020 at Weis Markets in Lock Haven.
Christen was charged with 14 counts of retail theft and 13 counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft with her sister Megan. Megan was charged with 13 counts of retail theft and 13 counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft with her sister, Christen.
Two vehicle crash
LOCK HAVEN Three people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at the corner of South Fairview Street and Bellefonte Avenue at 3:39 p.m. Jan. 21.
Drivers were Heather D. Garman of Lock Haven, and Barbara A. Kessinger of Lock Haven.
Garman was transported to UPMC Lock Haven by ambulance with suspected minor injuries, as was a passenger in her vehicle, Barbara Morse who suffered a head laceration.
There were three passengers in the Kessinger vehicle and one of them was transported to the hospital, police said.
According to police, Garman made a left turn in front of the Kessinger vehicle, which was eastbound on Bellefonte Avenue. Garman will be cited for improper left turn, police said.
