After the loss of three key members, such as Coun Eddy Poll, who was executive councillor for waste and recycling but was no re-elected, Coun Nick Worth, member for Culture and Emergency Services, did not seek re-election and the Coun Barry Young, Executive Councillor for Community Safety and People Management, also stepped down.
It means a refocussing of some portfolio responsibilities.
Coun Lindsey Cawrey takes on fire and rescue and cultural services from Nick Worth. Coun Wendy Bowkett has taken on some of Deputy Leader Patricia Bradwell’s wide-ranging portfolio roles (adult care and public health), Coun Richard Butroid assumes Barry Young’s portfolio and Coun Danny McNally now has Coun Eddy Poll’s role overseeing waste and trading standards.

A 49-year-old man has been charged with two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs after a series of police raids in Boston.
David Legatt, 49, of Mandarin Drive in Boston, was charged by officers with two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs on Wednesday. He has been remanded in court.
Officers executed four warrants at Witham Bank, Mandarin Drive and Tennyson Close in the town on Monday, initially arresting eight people before two more were arrested on Tuesday.

Plans have been submitted for a luxury 66-bed nursing care home in Grimsby, all with wet room ensuites.
Applicants Kings Road Investments Limited are seeking planning permission approval from North East Lincolnshire Council to build the facility on land at Station Road and Louth Road, New Waltham.
The proposal is also part of a wider development on the arable site incorporating 239 homes by Barratt and David Wilson Developments, which according to planning documents, was due to start last month.
Institute of Technology takes shape at Lincoln College
It will open in September
Work on the new Institute of Technology at Lincoln College is taking shape ahead of its opening in September 2021.
The new centre will be located in one of the college’s oldest buildings – the Grade II listed Gibney building.
