To determine the current zoning of your property take a copy of the Title Deed to the GIS Information Counter on the 8th Floor of Block A at the Metro Centre, situated at 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein.
No information is given over the phone so you must visit in person. 
Step 2:
Once you have determined the zoning of your property you must visit the Town Planner responsible for your area.
Planners are available at the Metro Centre from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 13:00. ....

The doors of a gentlemen’s lounge and revue bar, which sparked outcry from concerned locals when it started operating in the Somerset West CBD last year, remains shut.
The business’ apparent closure follows after the Somerset West Community Policing Forum (CPF) initiated a petition in opposition to the exclusive gender establishment and in response to concerns voiced by the community (“Gentlemen’s club causes distress in community,”
DistrictMail, 27 August 2020).
It also comes after the City of Cape Town’s local Land Use Enforcement branch launched an investigation following complaints of the sexually-oriented business illegally operating from a premises located in Main Road (“Gentlemen’s club examined”, ....
