On July 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Emma Webb Park shelter located at 101 E Highland Ave, the City of Kinston, Kinston Teens, and Kinston/Lenoir Parks & Recreation will host a community workshop at Emma Webb Park. Design Workshop, a Raleigh-based design firm, will guide attendees through different visioning activities to gather community input on the future of the park.  Emma Webb Park has been an important community gathering place for almost 90 years.  The City of Kinston, Kinston Teens, Kinston/Lenoir Parks & Recreation, Design Workshop, and the American Flood Coalition will host a community workshop at the picnic shelter in Emma Webb Park to gather input from residents as to how they would like to see the park improve.
