The Historic Odessa Foundation celebrate their 30th anniversary with a theme from Twas The Night Before Christmas , at the historic Wilson Warner House, c. 1769.
In the 4th century, Western Civilization operated under the calendar promulgated by Julius Casesar (the Julian Calendar). The first day of the year was March 25 and December, as indicated by its name, was the tenth month.
