1 Hospitalized After Shooting At Mobile Home Park In Skiatook Investigators said one person was taken to the hospital after a shooting at a trailer park in Skiatook. Skiatook Police said an officer was involved in the shooting, but is OK. Police responded to the scene around 6 p.m. Thursday at the Eastside Mobile Home Park, near E Ash Street and North Cincinnati Avenue. Investigators are still working to determine what led to the shooting and who was involved, but Skiatook Police Department confirmed one person involved is a tribal citizen. The FBI has been called in to work with OSBI. ....

Hundreds of people in Sperry spent all day Tuesday without power as frigid temperatures covered the state. Some power lines that went down due to icy conditions knocked out power for about 230 homes. Residents were anxious they d have to brave the night in the cold. That kind of freaks me out because it s cold, we re all going to have to sleep in recliners and our propane. Hopefully we don t run out of propane, resident Charlene Richardson said. Sperry Fire and Rescue reports that North Cincinnati at 91st Street was closed due to downed power lines. As of 9 p.m. Tuesday, PSO s website shows power has been restored for all but four customers in the Sperry area. ....
