Deputies responded to a residential alarm on Grafton Road, Salem Township, at 6:39 a.m. Wednesday. The home appeared secure, and the resident called to say it was a false alarm.
Deputies were called to a domestic dispute on state Route 39, Yellow Creek Township, at 1:43 a.m. Thursday. While deputies were en route, the female called back to say everything was fine with her and the boyfriend. The deputy spoke to both and they said they had been arguing but were now going to bed.
Deputies were called to a domestic dispute on Trinity Church Road, Hanover Township, at 5:42 a.m. Thursday after having been there the previous afternoon. The man in the relationship had apparently returned to get his work clothes but his girlfriend did not want him there. She was advised of the process for obtaining a protection order. ....

Train Vs. Car Accident – On Dec. 12, 2020 at 3:45 p.m., police were dispatched to a train versus car accident at the railroad crossing of North Lincoln Ave. Police learned that a 61 year old South Lebanon woman attempted to travel across the railroad gates after a westbound train had cleared the intersection on the southern RR tracks. She stated a few other vehicles also went around the gates; however, the gates were in the down position due to an eastbound train on the northern RR tracks. As she crossed the tracks, the train struck the front of her car, spinning the car sideways. The woman was not injured and the car sustained minor damage. The train stopped after impact and reported its speed to be 38 mph at the time of the accident. The Engineer and Conductor were not injured. Traffic citations will be filed against her. ....

Raleigh, N.C. Twelve North Carolina football players in the class of 2021 signed their National Letters of Intent to play out their college careers in Raleigh for the NC State Wolfpack on Wednesday.
Four of the state s top football programs each sent two members of their graduating classes to the Wolfpack: Richmond Senior, Hough, North Lincoln and East Forsyth.
The Wolfpack s class is ranked No. 32 in the nation and No. 7 in the ACC by recruiting website 247sports.com.
The two Richmond Raiders who will join the Pack are wide receiver Jakolbe Baldwin and offensive tackle Jaleel Davis. The two were a major part of Richmond s lethal offense and run of success in 2018 and 2019. ....
