1.）石湖墟郵政局站：5層樓燒肉炭味誘人紅豆冰一「柱」擎天
來到石湖墟這個上水商業重地，仍然打開門口做生意的，不再是氾濫的藥房、金舖，而是多間扎根逾半世紀的老字號，以招牌菜「炭燒五層樓」聞名的陳六記飯店便是其一。這塊以新鮮五花腩製成的燒肉，由脆皮、肥肉到瘦肉，共有5種層次，肥的軟嫩，瘦的鹹香，入口滲透絲絲炭烤焦香味。燒肉在每天早上11時和下午4時半出爐，想歎優質燒肉就要看準時間來。
