今天用自家后院菜地的马齿苋蒸的菜馕糕。简单来说，就是把马齿苋洗净，用手把比较长的折短，然后放在盆里，加上少许盐，接下来往上撒干面粉，玉米面，用筷子搅拌，这样白面和玉米面就粘在菜叶和菜梗上，直到粘满为止。接下来，锅里加水，放篦子，篦子上放盘子，盘子底抹一层油，把拌好的菜装在盘子里，盖上锅盖，开火蒸二十分钟。出锅的时候加香油和醋调味。很好吃。马齿苋对肠道有好处。
不禁想起小时候吃过的菜馕糕。这里需要说明一下。我们老家称之为拿勾。这是我在网上看到的名称，这个发音是对的，不过我对其字意持怀疑态度。我个人认为菜馕糕这个名称更贴切。首先，它是用菜做的。记得小时候春天的头茬嫩苜蓿，秋天的老豆角，是做它 ....
