The Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Transnational Crime and Justice is designed for professionals and university graduates wishing to specialize in the fields of

Rules scrapping one-year LL.M programme to be brought into force from 2022-2023: BCI to SC
The Bar Council of India (BCI) Thursday told the Supreme Court that its 2020 Rules which scraps one-year LL.M programme are proposed to be brought into force from academic session 2022-2023. The submission was made before a bench headed by Chief Justice S A Bobde which was hearing the pleas, including the one filed by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLU) which has challenged the Bar Council of India Legal Education (Post Graduate, Doctoral, Executive, Vocational, Clinical and other Continuing Education) Rules, 2020.

Eligibility for B.A. LL.B. (Hons)[Five-YearProgramme]
Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disability).
The candidates appearing for the 12ths examination in 2021are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO are exempted from AILET, but should have 65% marks in the qualifying examination.
Eligibility for LL.M. Programme [One Year]
LL.B. or an equivalent law degree with 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disabilities). The candidates appearing for final year LL.B. annual examination in 2021 are eligible to apply.
