The Cleveland County District Court has filed charges recently related to an assortment of alleged crimes on the following people:

Trafficking in illegal drugs: Milton Sagarnaga Martinez, 34, of Moore, was charged May 10 with three felonies: trafficking in illegal drugs, acquiring proceeds from drug activity and possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction.
According to a court filing, Martinez was additionally charged May 18 with aggravated trafficking in illegal drugs after officers found 35 plastic bags or bundles of a crystal-like substance that tested positive for methamphetamine inside a storage tub in a storage unit in the 900 block of Southeast 19th Street in Moore. Each bag weighed about one pound.

A Norman man was charged Wednesday in Cleveland County District Court with felony counts of arson and malicious injury to property over $1,000 after allegedly setting fire to a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Norman.
According to a court affidavit, the Norman Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire report about 4 a.m. April 5 in the 400 block of Elm Avenue, across the street from suspect Austin Garret Moore, 37.
A fire investigator ruled that the fire had been set intentionally and had burn patterns consistent with burning from inside the rear cab of the vehicle.
According to the affidavit, the investigator also saw rocks and boulders on the inside and outside of the car that appeared to have been used on the windows and windshield to gain entry.

Cleveland County District Court will begin a new set of jury trials April 12, including a death penalty case involving a Texas man.
Joseph Fidel Alliniece, 32, of Missouri City, Texas, will stand before a jury in District Judge Lori Walkleyâs courtroom following the 2018 death of Norman resident Brittani Young, 27.
According to a Norman police affidavit, officers found Young on April 24, 2018, dead inside her Emerald Greens Apartments residence. Police believe Alliniece stomped her to death.
Alliniece also faces two counts of kidnapping and one count of robbery by force or fear â all felonies â because one of Youngâs friends and the friendâs 2-year-old daughter were inside the apartment and witnessed the alleged murder.
