New COVID-19 relief bill offers help for Tarleton students TSU Newsroom Included in the federal coronavirus relief package passed in December is more than $22 billion for higher education. For Tarleton State University, that means extra help for students financially impacted by COVID-19 and assistance with institutional expenses incurred because of the pandemic. The new relief package the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act is part of the larger Consolidated Appropriations Act 2021.
