WACO, TX â Guess Family Barbecue is firing up their barbecue pits for a good cause.
The restaurant opened its doors Wednesday to feed the Oncor linemen who are working tirelessly to restore power to Waco.
I know itâs a tough situation we are all in and a lot of people are still without power, but these men have been away from their families, in the cold, working long hours to make sure our community is back up and running, Guess Family Barbecue said in a Facebook post. ....

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Linemen have been working tirelessly on damaged power lines, trying to get the lights back on for people in Limestone County.
At one point, more than 4,000 Athens Utilities customers were without power. (Source: WAFF)
But many people are still in the dark.
As of 9 p.m. Tuesday, around 727 Athens Utilities customers are still without power.
We stopped by one of the areas with the most outages Tuesday night in West Limestone County, to see how people are doing there. ....
