The label design was created by Kirsty Holton at Manchester-based Sip Studio Royal Mash has debuted a new label for its potato vodka which showcases the producer’s royal history. The potato vodka brand’s founders, Peter Le Fol du Taillis and Rachel de Caen, tapped Kirsty Holton at Sip Studio in Manchester to design the label and The Label Makers to manufacture it, aiming for a finished product that evokes ‘a superior presence and character’. ....

A BRADFORD firm which specialises in premium labels for wines and spirits has been sold to Spanish printing group Printeos. The Label Makers, based in Prince Street, Dudley Hill, was founded by John Webster in 1963, and has been run by his son, David Webster since 1989. The specialist label firm makes premium quality and highly technical labels for the wine and spirit market, particularly gin and whisky, including Diablesse rum. A label for Diablesse rum, which was made by Bradford firm The Label Makers Headquartered in Spain, Printeos has factories in France, Spain, Portugal, Poland and the Czech Republic. Following the sale, David Webster will continue as strategic consultant for the company and for the Printeos group. Zenna Parfaniuk, current commercial director, has been appointed as managing director. ....
The Label Makers give bold look to new rum brand Lost Years Packaging design firm The Label Makers has helped to create a premium look for start-up rum brand Lost Years. The debut collection of four rums from independent rum house Cane & Able has been sourced from leading Caribbean and Latin American distilleries. It has its roots in marine conservation, particularly efforts to support the endangered sea turtle, with every purchase of Lost Years generating a donation to help baby sea turtles. Once the brand s founder, entrepreneur Lee Smith, had decided on the rum blends for the collection, he asked The Label Makers to provide high-impact labels for the complete range. ....
